A yoga adventure book for children to discover the benefits of the Sun Salutation in a fun and playful way. In our session I will teach a general overview of a kids yoga lesson based on my book "Yogi on a Journey". Includes breathing exercises, circle warm up, Sun Salutations, Yoga game and relaxation.
