Healing through the power of your own sound in a guided practice of vocal tones, deep listening and mantra to tranform our energy and frequency.

Join in a morning soulful sound-based practice to connect with more of the true essence within. This will be an uplifting musical mantra meditation drawing on yoga of sound (nāda yoga) techniques and rāga inspired call and response mantra/chant to lift our vibration, invoking cosmic energies of spaciousness, light, love and expansion of consciousness.
 
Siddhi Shakti offers pronunciation tips for the Sanskrit sounds in the mantras, for an enlivened experience of the transformational energies of the saced sounds.
