A Bodhifit creation, this class is all about lengthening and toning, while learning to activate the correct muscles for a full body workout.
 
We work with slower and more controlled movements for a targeted burn, specifically focusing on the hips, thighs, butt, abs and arms to create tone, deep definition and stability within your body.
